A PERMITOR™ or Permit Expediter is a professional who specializes in navigating the process of obtaining permits for construction projects. They ensure that all necessary permits are obtained efficiently and that projects comply with local regulations.

When you choose to work with us, we charge a percentage of the total project value. This charge covers the bank´s fees for processing payments to the Wallet. This charge ensures a more effective and efficient experience for everyone using the Wallet.

At Permitor, we only charge a 5% fee for Wallet management, which already includes card processing costs. There are no hidden or mandatory extra fees.

There are no mandatory additional costs. However, members with a subscription can choose to purchase advertising services within the platform to increase the visibility of their profile or services. This is an optional extra charge for those who want to stand out even more.

What happens if there are issues between the employer and the Permitor?

If there are any disputes between the employer and the PERMITOR™, either party can initiate a dispute on the platform. This allows our administration to intervene and help facilitate a resolution.

Money management is conducted securely and transparently. When a service or project is agreed upon with a PERMITOR™, payment is made at the time of contracting. However, the money is not released to the PERMITOR™ until the project or service is marked as completed by the employer.

A project is any undertaking with defined objectives, tasks, and timelines to achieve a specific goal. Employers post their project requirements, and PERMITORS™ submit proposals.
