Her career spans national rollouts and international builds, including complex petroleum infrastructure, retail and commercial developments, and multi-state signage installations. Her specialty? Navigating intricate municipal codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes to make the impossible—possible. Mirza’s work is deeply rooted in results and relationships. Her background includes leadership roles in commercial and petroleum construction, OEM manufacturing, and technical sales—always with a laser focus on efficiency, communication, and getting the job done right. Bilingual in Spanish and a martial artist at heart, Mirza embodies strength, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of growth. She founded Permit Ninjas with a vision: to be the partner contractors can depend on when the pressure is high and the deadlines are tight. Her passion for building others up—whether it’s her team, her clients, or fellow entrepreneurs—is what drives her. Today, she leads a national team of research analysts, project managers, and client advocates, alongside her business partner and husband, Michael Schmorr.
