Complete, end-to-end permit processing for residential window and door replacement projects.
We will:
- Research the property and determine the appropriate permitting jurisdiction
- Prepare and complete the required permit application and documentation
- Gather applicable product approvals based on the contractor's project determinations
- Submit the permit application and required documentation
- Pay applicable permitting fees on the contractor's behalf
- Monitor the application through issuance and obtain the finalized permit
What We Need From You
To process the permit, the contractor must provide the required project and licensing documentation, which may include:
- Copy of the signed contract
- Diagram or plan showing the locations of the proposed window and/or door replacements
- Current state contractor license
- Local business tax receipt, where required
- Certificates of insurance or applicable insurance exemptions
- Any other project-specific documentation required by the permitting jurisdiction
No Markup on Government Fees
All building department, permit, recording, and other jurisdictional fees are passed through at actual cost with no markup.
Additional services, including remote online notarization, jobsite document delivery, and other special requests, are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Contractor is responsible for providing accurate project information, making required product/project determinations, and providing current licensing and insurance documentation.
